Great service. Matthew was very informative and helpful.
Perform maintenance on one dual fuel split system and one split dx system. Inspected all fan motors, compressors, contractors, capacitors, coils, pumps, etc. tested thermostat operation, and checked temperatures of supply and return air. Checked refrigerant levels and confirm system capacity. Cleaned all burner and ignition assemblies. Tested all safety controls. Cleared drain lines and run tested equipment operation for at least 10 minutes. Systems are operating properly at this time.
Perform 1 time heating tune up. The blower assembly and inducer (exhaust) motor were inspected. The pilot and burner assembly were removed, safety inspected, and cleaned. The ignition system was adjusted as needed. Gas pressure was measured and adjusted as needed. Drain lines were cleared. Starting and running voltage and amperage was measured and recorded. The thermostat was inspected and tested. System was test ran for ten minutes. Voltage, amperage, and temperatures were measured and are correct. System is working efficiently at this time.customer stated that she heard a humming sound from the attic went the unit was off. This is just from the transformer that is inside both furnace. Nothing wrong with them at this time. She said its a possibility that they could have been making this sound forever. She just noticed it the other day.
