In Home Sales Consultant

Description: Come sell comfort at Precision Air, the area's largest Geothermal installer. You will sell conventional HVAC and we will train on Geothermal equipment and offerings. You will work with new and existing customers and will conduct in-home sales by discovering the homeowner’s needs, maintaining a strong customer focus and conveying Precision's company values. You will develop and present replacement/upgrade options to the customer and work your company teammates to ensure proper and efficient installation.

Job Responsibilities: Follow-up on sales leads, both tech leads and self-generated. Prepare a customer needs analysis and matching solutions for each call. Greet the customer, tell the company story, set the agenda. Present solutions and value solution and the Precision advantage. Convey your technical expertise and credibility. Effectively write and present proposals. Communicate to the office, maintain and update call notes. Set-up financing paperwork and collect payments. Must be accessible by phone at all times, excluding approved vacations, attend weekly sales training meetings Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably in the industry. Knowledge of industry equipment, field concepts, practices, procedures, tools and equipment. Strong relationship building skills, customer focused and disciplined. Strong negotiation and sales skills. Must be comfortable using a computer and have experience with common software and browsers.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED.

Associate’s degree in related field preferred.

Valid driver’s license, and approved to drive by Company’s insurance carrier.

Willing to work extended hours, nights or weekend, if needed.

Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Supplemental
