The Dispatcher/ CSR will be responsible for: Maintain and update the maintenance agreements, including scheduling and staging of materials, database information, customer hard files and renewals Plan and establish daily production schedules of technicians for a wide variety of customer job assignments Dispatch technicians to their calls and maintain communication with both techs and customers. Order and track materials, production progress, and other factors that affect scheduling Prepare all work orders and correspondence for maintenance contracts and service calls. Modify and adapt maintenance schedules to accommodate revisions, cancellations or priorities Identify, document and implement opportunities for continuous improvement Create and process purchase orders effectively. Send all necessary reports and billing information to customers. Input and maintain all pertinent customer information in software program. Act as backup for field service dispatch Maintain and submit necessary paperwork and reports in a timely and complete manner, such as maintenance contracts, inspection reports, timecards, etc Follow up on projects as needed to ensure completed job Maintain good customer relations through frequent contact Respond to all customer calls and emails promptly Cooperate, communicate and work closely with other members of the service department and other departments within the company Perform other duties as assigned It is our policy to provide equal opportunity in all aspects of the employer/employee relations.
